With the release of Tiki 1.10 (somewhere) on the horizon, it's been time to upgrade themes written for previous versions. Earlier themes will generally "work" with Tiki 1.10, but they won't support new features and may have visual bugs, etc. unless they are updated. In some cases the theme doesn't work at all. Fluid Index is the first theme available at themes.tikiwiki.org that has been updated for 1.10. Keep in mind that 1.10 is still in development and its first release is expected to be a "beta" or "RC" release. Likewise, the initial releases of these theme updates are "beta" in that sense that they will probably be changed, maybe in basic ways, between now and the release of the "final" Tiki 1.10 version.
